Alibaba 66 Terms & Conditions – Malaysia Platform Terms of Use

1 Definitions & Scope of Agreement

In these Terms & Conditions, the following words and expressions shall have the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Alibaba 66" / "Platform" – referring to the website, mobile application, and all online services operated under the Alibaba 66 brand at the domain alibaba66.biz.
• "Member" / "User" / "You" – refers to any individual who has registered an account on the Alibaba 66 platform and uses our services.
• "Account" – refers to the personal account registered by a Member on the Alibaba 66 platform, containing profile information and account balance.
• "Playable Balance" – refers to the total funds in your account available for betting, including deposited funds and eligible bonus funds.
• "Withdrawable Balance" – refers to the amount in your account that meets all applicable conditions and is available for withdrawal.
• "Rollover" / "Wagering Requirements" – refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be met before a bonus or winnings can be withdrawn.
• "KYC" – refers to the Know Your Customer (KYC) procedure used to verify a member's identity.

These terms apply to all users of the Alibaba 66 platform who access or use any of our services, including live casino, slots, poker, Sports Betting (including football, Malaysia Super League, EPL, badminton, and e-sports), lottery, and all promotions and bonuses offered.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the Alibaba 66 platform, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and will terminate any account found to belong to a user below the minimum age requirement. Alibaba 66 is not liable for any legal consequences arising from use of the platform in regions where local laws restrict or prohibit it.

2.3 Legal Capacity

You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. Individuals who are currently undergoing bankruptcy proceedings or have been declared bankrupt are not eligible to register or use the Alibaba 66 platform.

3 Registration & Account Management

3.1 One Account Per User

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the Alibaba 66 platform at any one time. Holding multiple accounts is a serious breach of these terms and may result in the termination of all accounts involved and full forfeiture of remaining balances without any compensation.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You are fully responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and truthful. This includes your full name, Malaysian identity card number (MyKad), phone number, and email address. Providing false or misleading information constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

3.3 Password Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Alibaba 66 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account by a third party, whether with or without your knowledge. If you suspect your account has been accessed without authorisation, please contact our support team immediately.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

Alibaba 66 reserves the right to request full identity verification at any time. Required documents may include a copy of your MyKad, bank statement, or other supporting documents. Failure to comply with a KYC request within the specified timeframe may result in your account being restricted or temporarily suspended until verification is complete.

4 Deposits & Payment Methods

4.1 Accepted Deposit Methods

Alibaba 66 accepts deposits via the following Malaysian payment methods:

4.2 Deposit Responsibility

All deposits successfully processed to your Alibaba 66 account are final. Alibaba 66 is not liable for failed deposits resulting from technical issues on the part of the payment provider, transaction limits imposed by your bank or e-wallet, or incorrect payment details provided by you.

4.3 Source of Funds

You warrant that all funds deposited into your Alibaba 66 account are from legitimate sources and are not proceeds of any unlawful activity. Alibaba 66 reserves the right to freeze accounts and report to the relevant authorities if there is reasonable suspicion that the platform is being used for money laundering.

5 Withdrawals

5.1 Withdrawal Eligibility Requirements

To make a withdrawal from your Alibaba 66 account, the following conditions must be met:

• Your account's identity verification (KYC) must be completed and approved.
• All rollover requirements associated with activated bonuses must be fully met.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM 50 per transaction.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit (unless otherwise agreed with customer support).

5.2 Processing Time

Withdrawal requests are processed by the Alibaba 66 finance team within 5 to 60 minutes, depending on the payment method and time of request. 6 Bonuses, Promotions & Special Offers

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotions offered by Alibaba 66 are subject to their respective specific terms, in addition to the following general terms:

• The welcome bonus may only be claimed once by each new Alibaba 66 member.
• Each bonus has its own rollover rate that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted.
• Bonuses must be activated within the specified timeframe; expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.
• Alibaba 66 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Each member is entitled to one welcome bonus only — either for casino, slots, sports, lottery, or poker.

6.2 Rollover Calculation

Rollover requirements are calculated using the following formula: (Total Deposit + Total Bonus) × Rollover Rate. For example, if you deposit RM 100 and receive a RM 100 bonus with a 20x rollover, you are required to place total bets amounting to (RM 100 + RM 100) × 20 = RM 4,000 before a withdrawal can be made. Note: this refers to the total amount wagered, not the total amount lost.

6.3 Bonus Abuse Restrictions

Alibaba 66 takes a firm stance against bonus abuse. The following activities are considered bonus abuse and may result in bonus forfeiture and account termination:

• Registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once
• Sharing account details with family members or friends to claim additional welcome bonuses
• Employing low-risk betting strategies clearly intended to fulfil rollover requirements with minimal losses
• Any form of bet coordination across multiple accounts (collusion)

7 Game & Betting Rules

7.1 Game Results

All game outcomes on the Alibaba 66 platform are final. In the event of a dispute, Alibaba 66's system records serve as the definitive reference. Alibaba 66 uses an RNG (Random Number Generator) certified by an independent audit body to ensure full fairness across all casino and poker games.

7.2 Sports Betting

For Sports Betting including Malaysia Super League football, EPL, badminton, e-sports, and other sports:

• The odds displayed at the time a bet is placed are final — no adjustments will be made once a bet is confirmed.
• Bets are only valid if the match/event starts and concludes as scheduled or within the timeframe stipulated by the relevant sports regulations.
• Alibaba 66 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of fraud or match-fixing involving the relevant match.
• Technical errors that produce clearly incorrect odds (e.g., abnormally high odds resulting from a system error) entitle Alibaba 66 to void the affected bets.

7.3 Live Casino & Table Games

In Live Casino games including baccarat, blackjack, roulette, and sic bo, the outcome announced by the dealer is final, subject to review of video recordings by the game supervisor. Any technical disruption occurring during an active game will be resolved based on available video records and system logs.

8 Responsible Gambling

8.1 Self-Management Tools

The Alibaba 66 platform provides the following tools to help members manage their betting habits:

• Loss Limit: Cap the maximum amount you can lose within a given period.
• Session Time Limit: Set a maximum duration for each of your gaming sessions.

11 Liability Limit

• Service disruptions due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance
• Losses caused by technical failures on the part of your internet provider or device
• Indirect, consequential, or special losses arising from the use of our platform

Alibaba 66's total liability to any member for any claim arising from use of our platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that member in the 30 days preceding the claim.

12 Changes to Terms & Conditions

Alibaba 66 reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via:

• In-platform notification when members log in
• Notification email sent to the address registered on your account
• Updates to the Terms & Conditions page with a new effective date

Continued use of the Alibaba 66 platform after any changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with the changes made, you have the right to close your account by contacting our support team.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the Alibaba 66 platform shall be resolved through good-faith negotiations between the parties within 30 days from the date the dispute arises.

Should an amicable resolution fail, the dispute shall be settled through arbitration conducted in accordance with the Arbitration Rules of the Asian International Arbitration Centre (AIAC), or through the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Malaysia.

You agree not to bring any class action legal proceedings against Alibaba 66, and all claims must be made on an individual basis.
